High Cholesterol

High cholesterol can limit blood flow, increasing the risk of heart attack or stroke. This trial is enrolling people will high LDL and a qualifying heart event for a drug (via injection) that may lower LDL (with or without statin therapy) over a long period of time. This is a placebo based study.
